Before casting we simulate casting conditions with finite element analysis software to ensure a defect-free, pure, highest quality casting.
The casting process, with a controlled atmosphere (without oxygen and at 2 bar pressure of Argon gas) then occurs using virgin alumina crucibles to guarantee that the metal is never contaminated.
Again the pieces are reviewed under microscopes  looking for hidden imperfections and cracks.
